Essential Yoga Series
Designed for beginners and those who want to deepen their understanding of Yoga as a healing art. Philosophy, breathing techniques and anatomy will be primary focus. (No drop-ins) Pre-registaration is required. Class is held for 8 consecutive weeks. Call 228-327-4433 to reserve your spot.
Open to all levels. Intensity of flows range from fast-paced and aerobic to mellow. All classes promote deep and even breathing, strengthening and stretching of muscles and practitioners will develop a deeper mind/body awareness.

A one hour all level chill out flow.
Open to all levels. Consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body--the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. It will improve flexibility and promotes stillness for stress and anxiety reduction.
Flow and Restore
Get the benefit of both worlds! All levels Vinyasa flow class that warms the muscles and prepares the body for longer held, restorative postures to finish. Mellow and meditative.
Open to all levels. Sequence is slow and meditative, involving less postures. Restorative yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. A class for reflection, relaxation and rest.
