Essential Yoga Beginner Series

 

 

Designed for beginners and those who want to deepen their understanding of Yoga as a healing art. Philosophy, breathing techniques and anatomy will be primary focus.  (No drop-ins)  Pre-registaration is required.  Class is held for 6 consecutive weeks.  Call 228-327-4433 to reserve your spot.

 

Vinyasa Flow

 

 

Open to all levels.  Intensity of flows range from fast-paced and aerobic to mellow.  All classes promote deep and even breathing, strengthening and stretching of muscles and practitioners will develop a deeper mind/body awareness.

*Mellow/Medium is available to all levels

*Spicy Flow some experience is suggested

 

Restorative Yoga

 

A deeply calming practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reset. Supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, poses are held comfortably for several minutes to encourage deep relaxation in both body and mind. This class is perfect for relieving stress, calming the nervous system, improving sleep, and creating space to simply rest. Suitable for all levels—no yoga experience needed.

 

Flow and Restore

 

 

Get the benefit of both worlds!  All levels Vinyasa flow class that warms the muscles and prepares the body for longer held, restorative postures to finish.  Mellow and meditative. 

 

Gentle

 
 

Stretch+Mobility

 

Open to all levels and great for beginners. Sequence is slow and meditative. Our gentle classes are our “soft” flows, and involve less postural changes.  A class for reflection, relaxation and rest.


A slower practice focused on long-held stretches, gentle mobility work, breath, and release. Expect grounding movement, deep opening, and space to unwind physically and mentally.
