Essential Yoga Series

 

 

Designed for beginners and those who want to deepen their understanding of Yoga as a healing art. Philosophy, breathing techniques and anatomy will be primary focus.  (No drop-ins)  Pre-registaration is required.  Class is held for 6 consecutive weeks.  Call 228-327-4433 to reserve your spot.

 

Vinyasa Flow

 

 

Open to all levels.  Intensity of flows range from fast-paced and aerobic to mellow.  All classes promote deep and even breathing, strengthening and stretching of muscles and practitioners will develop a deeper mind/body awareness.

*Mellow/Medium is available to all levels

*Spicy Flow some experience is suggested

 

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini is a combination of movement, breath, meditation and chanting. It’s goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic, but also to increase your level of self-aware-ness and consciousness.

 

Yin Yoga

 

Yin is a deeply rich slow yoga practice that focuses on healing and restoring the body’s hard tissues and freeing the pranic flow in our energy systems. In the long yet “effortlessly” held asanas we “drop in” to the quiet space of the parasympathetic nervous system and in that mediation the body repairs, the mind quiets and we can travel within our energy body delivering healing and releasing bound energy that shows up as joint pain, mental anguish or an overall dis-ease.

Get the benefit of both worlds!  All levels Vinyasa flow class that warms the muscles and prepares the body for longer held, restorative postures to finish.  Mellow and meditative. 

 

Gentle

 
 

Sculpt & Stretch

 

Open to all levels and great for beginners. Sequence is slow and meditative. Our gentle classes are our “soft” flows, and involve less postural changes.  A class for reflection, relaxation and rest.


A Yoga+Pilates blend that focuses on core strength and stability and finishes with a juicy, full body stretch session to finish. A little bit of yin, a little bit of yang!
